Reviewer Guidelines
To ensure fairness and objectivity, the Diwan International Scientific and Research Journal follows a double anonymous peer review process. In this system, both the authors’ identities and the reviewers’ identities remain concealed throughout the evaluation. Reviewers are expected to assess the manuscript solely on its scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field. Any attempt to identify the authors or reveal reviewer identity is strictly prohibited. Reviewers should avoid comments that may unintentionally disclose identities. All evaluations must remain professional, unbiased, and evidence-based. Conflicts of interest must be declared immediately. Reviewers should provide constructive feedback that helps improve the manuscript while upholding the journal’s ethical standards.
