Introducing the Family Law Book in Sharia and Afghan Civil Law

Abstract

Prof. Dr. Dad Muhammed "Nazir" has authored a two-volume work titled "Family Law in Islamic Shari'ah and Afghan Civil Law." This work serves as a textbook designed to address the issues faced by students in the faculties of Religious Studies and Law in the country. It was first published in 1394 in the solar Hijri calendar, under the title "Family Law in Islamic Shari'ah and Afghan Civil Law," by Hamid Resalat Publications in Kabul.
